Revamping Red Rock Water Systems: eCommerce & Lead-Driven Innovation
Red Rock Water Systems, a water filtration company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, approached Black Cloud Designs to revamp their online presence and help them grow beyond their local market. The primary goals were to modernize their website, build out an eCommerce platform for shipping nationwide, and allow customers to purchase units online for local installation. One of the biggest challenges was simplifying the buying process for customers who were unsure of their needs. To address this, we developed an interactive quiz embedded on their site to help guide customers to the right water filtration solution. This quiz not only enhanced the user experience but also became a powerful tool for lead generation. The website was built with custom Liquid coding and CSS to ensure seamless functionality and a visually appealing design. We implemented a robust shipping profile system and automated processes to manage nationwide orders efficiently. Following the site launch, we expanded our efforts to include social media management and lead generation. Leveraging Facebook, Google, and geofencing ads, we targeted Red Rock’s ideal audience: homeowners who had recently purchased new homes valued at $600,000 or more in new developments. These strategies resulted in increased brand awareness, higher engagement, and boosted conversion rates, helping Red Rock reach their growth goals.
