Steadfast Mechanical, Improving Digital Presence in a Competitive Local Market
Steadfast Mechanical, a locally-owned HVAC company in Arizona, came to us with a nearly invisible digital presence—struggling with poor Google rankings, an inaccessible Google My Business profile, minimal social media engagement, and an unorganized website that lacked SEO optimization and clear information about their products and services. We implemented a complete digital overhaul, structuring interlinked pages, integrating sitemaps, and adding schema to improve crawlability and search visibility. We also helped them claim and optimize their Google My Business profile while expanding their directory presence across platforms like Yelp. Under our social media management, engagement grew 5x, with video views jumping from 150 to over 1,500 across platforms. We supported their community initiative, PAW 1st, by designing a custom quiz lead form, creating its logo, and producing videos showcasing the program. Through strategic consulting sessions, we helped Steadfast Mechanical launch a successful maintenance campaign, generating new leads across multiple channels. Despite operating on a limited ad budget in Arizona’s competitive HVAC market, where CPC rates are notably high, we delivered results by employing a unique, grassroots approach to digital marketing.
